Hello World. Mr. Happy, Healthy & Hip here, I've designed/started this blog for my dear wife. She has always mentioned the idea of starting a blog, so I took the time to set it up for a Mother's Day gift. You see, she inspires me literally every day. She is an amazing mom, is extremely smart, is astonishingly beautiful and keeps me on my toes. She loves her Sweet Sawyer, her two pups, her healthy food, her tone it up workouts, and living this crazy life of ours in Tulsa.
